Affirmations work.

You just need to believe them. So get yourself in a good frame of mind (dance, sing, etc.) and repeat the affirmations below.

Where attention goes, energy flows.

By repeating the truths in this affirmation booster, you’re increasing the energy flow to them.

That’s a whole lot more constructive than focusing on the negative in your life.

    Good Morning I so needed this…i feel like I am engulfed in this heavy negative fog that just won’t lift and blow away.

      Many are feeling the shifts Brenda – there’s a lot of heavy stuff wanting to be seen as it rises and leaves. May you feel lighter soon. I’m glad these affirmations helped.
